Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue causing the last-update-provider not to save correctly when the appointment status is updated by clicking on the status icon on an appointment.
• Fixed an issue causing an error message when accessing the inbound faxing box in the administration panel for clinics who previous had a configured integration that is now deleted.
• Fixed a display issue with LifeLabs reports in Ontario causing an error message related to the ZMC segment.

• Improved performance of the MDS lab handler.

Bug Fixes:

• TIFF and PNG files can now be embedded as documents in reports received from AHS.
• Clicking on the appointment status icon in the Juno schedule and side-bar schedule now successfully cycles through the available appointment statuses.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue causing consultation requests created in the Classic UI to not correctly display the provider’s information in the letterhead box when the request was viewed on the Juno interface.
• Fixed a layout issue on the PDF printout of some reports (lab results).
• Documents can now be previewed successfully in the Classic interface when using Chrome.
• Appointment updates are now successfully logged in the security log report.

Bug Fixes:

• Physicians whose MSP number contains alphanumerical characters can now be entered and updated in the manage specialists section.
• Fixed an issue causing words to be cut-off over two lines if there was not enough room to display the word in the encounter note window.
• Fixed an issue causing the tickler assignee to revert to the first name in the assignee drop down when the tickler was edited in the Classic interface.

• Added the ability for users to access individual patients’ OSCAR billing invoice after a transition to ClinicAid. This setting must be enabled in order to be accessed.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue causing the demographic number associated with a faxed eForm not to save correctly in the fax_outbound table.
• Fixed an issue causing an error message when viewing the MSP Reconciliation Report ‘detail’ or ‘summary’ page in cases where the remittance included debited claims.

• The prevention Men-b is now available in the Ontario Prevention report.

Bug Fixes:

• Using the ‘Sign, Save and Bill’ button will now automatically set the invoice service date to the current date if the chart was not accessed from an appointment. If the chart was accessed from an appointment, then the service date will be the appointment date.
• Patient search results on the appointment booking modal are now displayed alphabetically.
• Fixed an issue causing details about an appointment not to clear fully when a user opened a chart from the schedule, then navigated to a different chart using the quick search tool in the Juno interface.
• HIN validation errors will now successfully prompt users to update the patient’s HIN rather than error out.
• Fixed an issue causing the ‘Add patient’ functionality not to select the patient’s name when used within the appointment modal.
• Fixed an issue causing the Classic interface to display the erroneous referring provider on consultation requests if the referring provider is inactive.
• Specialists’ referring instructions are now displaying correctly when the specialist is selected in a consultation request.
• Creating a provider record in the Classic interface will once again automatically set the role ‘Doctor’ as the user’s primary role.
• Fixed an issue causing the SRFax integration to not always display error message correctly.

• Fixed an issue where Ontario users would be brought to the BC invoice list when accessing historical OSCAR billing invoices after transitioning to ClinicAid.

• LifeLabs reports are no longer assigned to all providers at the clinic when the lab omits the OHIP number of the requester or CCed recipients.
• Fixed an issue causing some IHA reports not to select the accession number from the appropriate field.
• Fixed an issue causing ticklers to not display correctly when the provider record the tickler is assigned to contains quotation marks.
• Fixed an issue causing single and double quotes in patient names to cause problems in the internal messenger.

• Outbound faxes sent using the RingCentral integration can now be sent without a cover letter if no cover letter has been selected on the configuration page.
• It is now possible to remove a referring provider from a patient chart when using the Juno interface.
• Fixed an issue preventing BC users from adding a referring provider whose MSP number contains letters.

• BC – Juno is now only sending gender codes ‘M’ and ‘F’ to ClinicAid, as they are the only codes accepted when sending invoices to MSP.
• Increased the limit on the number of rows a Report by Template can examine when ran.

• Updated the Limited Use Codes (LU Codes, Ontario).

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue causing the version code to be passed as NULL to ClinicAid in some situations.

• Fixed an issue causing an error when attempting to book a Telehealth appointment in cases where the Telehealth appointment is being booked with a patient whose MyHealthAccess account is connected to a different patient record.
• Fixed an issue causing encounter note templates to break when their title includes a special character.

• The Alberta Netcare Portal integration is now available for Alberta users.
• Added Alberta PHN validation – Invalid PHNs can no longer be saved in Juno as Alberta PHNs.
• Improved the search by phone number to make it easier to search and ensure only one result shows when a patient has the same phone number entered in multiple fields of their record.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a display issue causing buttons to display outside of the Queue appointment modal.
• Fixed an issue causing demographic set limitations not to save correctly due to a discrepancy in set names between two different tables of the database.
• Fixed an issue causing the Classic eChart to be inaccessible when a null-value had been saved as the “entry-date” for an allergy.

• Fixed an issue causing Rural Labs, Diagnostic Imaging and PDOC eDelivered reports (AB) not to match correctly to providers on delivery.
• Fixed an issue causing demographics created with a Nunavut health card to save with a US-Nunavut health card type in the Juno user interface. Removed US-Nunavut as an option for coverage. Demographics now correctly save with the NU-Nunavut health card type.
• Added a not-null constraint to the serviceSpecialists table to prevent issues in the manage specialists section.
• Fixed an issue where the Juno interface’s help link was pointing to an old URL.

• Comments added to the Health Tracker are now visible in the Juno interface care tracker interface.
• The patient messenger now supports multi-line input.

• Fixed an issue causing the Queue system to be unusable in EMRs where multi-site is enabled.

• HRM reports are now automatically routed to all matching providers inbox.
• Updated ConnectCare eDelivery to match changes to the ConnectCare lab mapping to stop routing of ED notes to the author.

• Fixed an issue where the fax number was not populating on consultation requests if the current user was selected by default.
• Added validation to ensure a referral date is properly saved when creating consultation requests in the Juno user interface.
• Fixed an issue with the SOAP API where patient cell phones could not be updated.

• Fixed a display issue causing HRM documents to be listed twice in the inbox list view.

• Removed a problematic modal coming up when attempting to edit notes under specific circumstances which caused encounter notes to save incorrectly. Replaced the modal with a toast message prompting the user to save the current note before editing or creating a new note.

• Improved the BC Manage Referral Doctors section to allow users to edit entries saved without an MSP number.
• General improvements to the saving of encounter notes in the Juno user interface.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue causing inconsistent results to display when using the search functionality in the BC Manage Referral Doctors section.
• Fixed an issue where ticklers were occasionally saved without a service date which caused the patient’s eChart to be inaccessible.
• HRM reports are once again accessible from the Classic eChart.
• Fixed an issue causing HRM reports to reappear in the provider’s new inbox after they have been signed on.
• Fixed an issue causing Juno to send invalid dates to ClinicAid when creating an invoice from the Master File / Details page.
• Fixed an issue causing embedded documents within ConnectCare (AB) eDelivered reports to not be viewable.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a display issue causing LifeLabs (ON) eDelivered reports to not respect line breaks.
• Fixed an issue where appointment information was not correctly passed to eForms in the Juno interface, causing the information to be unavailable to pre-fill on the form itself.
• Users with custom roles can now be given permission to access the BC dashboard via the role editor in the Juno interface.
• Fixed an issue causing the roster status to be out of sync between both interfaces. Changing the roster status in one will now update it in the other.

• Users can now create ticklers when reviewing an HRM report by clicking on the ‘Tickler’ button.
• Changes were made to the mapping of Connect Care results in Alberta to match changes implemented by AHS.
• The ‘Tickler’ tab of the Juno interface patient record now shows a visual warning if there are due or overdue ticklers for this patient.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue causing eDelivered reports not to display in the ‘Incoming’ section of the Juno patient record if the report does not contain a label and the user did not set a label manually.
• Fixed an issue causing an error when a user attempted to open a form by clicking on the ‘View’ link on the form entry in the encounter note roll.
• Fixed an issue causing the CareConnect (BC) integration to no longer work in the Juno interface.
• Fixed an issue causing CPP notes to no longer respect line breaks when displayed in the Classic eChart.

• Fixed an issue causing the BC dashboards not to display on Firefox version 100 and above.

• The date fields on the inbound and outbound fax logs in the Juno interface administration panel are now date pickers rather than text fields.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue causing users to be unable to access the Classic eChart when a document was saved with a null number of pages in the database.
• Re-added the video consultation encounter type to the Classic eChart.
• Fixed an issue causing the ‘You may have unsaved data. Are you sure you to leave?’ message to appear in error when clicking on the ‘Save & Fax’ button to save and fax consultation requests in the Juno user interface.
• Fixed an issue causing users to be unable to update the specialists associated with a specific service when a duplicate entry was found in the serviceSpecialists table. Duplicated entries are no longer possible.
• Added missed pagination to the inbound and outbound fax log in the Juno interface administration panel.

• Fixed an issue causing consultation requests to lose the original referrer when the request is edited in the Juno user interface.
• Fixed an issue causing the consultation requests to error out when an HRM document is attached to a request.
• Fixed an issue causing some uploaded PDFs to be unreadable in the EMR.

• Updated prevention notifications and reporting to replace FOBT by FIT.
• Added a system property setting to control the BC OSCAR billing overdue private invoice notification on the schedule. The feature can now be turned off as desired.

• Fixed an issue causing the Classic eChart ‘New Appt’ link to cause the eChart to become a blank page when clicked.
